Responsibilities
* Delivering personalised support that builds independence.
* Assisting with personal care.
* Supporting social activities and skill development.
* Building positive relationships with participants and families.
* Maintaining accurate records and safe practices.
Qualifications
* You have a can‐do attitude.
* You have experience in disability.
* You think creatively and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* You are calm and confident in supporting people with complex behaviours.
Requirements
* Availability between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday.
* Must be able to work all hours across the day.
* Vaccinated against Covid‐19.
* Clear relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and National Criminal History Record Check).
* Provide 2 x references.
* Hold a current driver's license.
