Position Overview
In this position you will play an important role in the long‐term growth and success of our team. Working alongside our highly experienced Associate Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for completing and taking ownership of a number of key recruitment and HR‐related tasks across the business.
Responsibilities
* Internal recruitment
* Set up, onboard, and induct new employees
* Employee training and development
* Update and issue internal contracts
* Develop and update internal HR systems and policies
* Implement company performance management systems
* Prepare and execute HR related initiatives
* Supplier management
* General ad hoc HR tasks
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.
A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in recruitment.
Exposure to HR responsibilities is highly regarded.
