About the Role
As a Field Delivery Telecommunications Trainee you will work alongside a mentor, receiving ongoing coaching, support and mentoring during your traineeship. You will receive hands‐on training while providing our customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications/technology products and services in homes and/or businesses. You will actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver optimal customer and commercial outcomes aligned to Telstra's Behaviours & Habits and corporate strategy.

Skills & Attributes
* Hold a current driver's licence
* Physically fit for the role
* Ability to undergo pre‐employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
* Ability to undertake a police check
* Professional and polite communication

* Be technically minded
Qualifications
* Telecommunications Technology Cert III training during the traineeship
* Relevant certifications and/or licensing for the location you reside in (no prior qualifications required)
* Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment undertaken by an RTO
* Telstra can support you through training on traffic management, Working With Children Check and White Card certificates
