This is initially a casual on-site Salesperson role located at our Who Bathroom Warehouse location in Labrador, QLD. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product recommendations, guiding them through the purchasing process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing inventory, processing transactions, and supporting store operations as needed. High standards of customer service, and teamwork are critical for this role.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
* Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge
* Ability to maintain organized and attractive product displays
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Prior experience in retail, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous
* Familiarity with bathroom fixtures and products is a plus
* Motivated, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
