About the role
Permanent, part‐time position located in Moonee Ponds.
Your role as a Personal Banker is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers' end‐to‐end banking needs. Whether you're assisting customers with enquiries, educating them about our online platforms or recommending products and services that best suit their needs, you'll value how it feels to make a difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities
* Deliver win‐win solutions for our bank and our customers. Develop an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals, and design solutions that meet their needs, objectives and interests.
* Keep up with constant change. Educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
* Guide customers through personalised lending solutions. Explore tailored personal loans and credit card options, helping customers achieve their goals.
* Be a lifelong learner. Bring your brilliant mind, and we'll help you take your career to the next level with on‐the‐job training and other learning opportunities.
* Build connections. Support our customers, give back and make our communities a better place while having some fun along the way.
Schedule
30 hours per fortnight.
* Tuesday – 8:45 am to 5:15 pm
* Wednesday – 8:45 am to 5:15 pm
What you'll bring to the role
* Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face‐to‐face and over the phone.
* The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different.
* Drive for collaboration – mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
* Experience in consumer lending – a plus but not essential.
