Property Management Support Role
This full-time position involves providing administrative and customer service support to our property management department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting and assisting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails and other enquiries from tenants, owners and contractors
* Providing administrative support to the property management team, including data entry and document organisation
* Supporting the team with other ad hoc administrative and customer service tasks as required
* Learning all things property management from experienced professionals
Requirements:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a reception, administrative or property management support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking abilities
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, Excel and Outlook calendar
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
