Job Description
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you'll work closely with participants to prepare them for, find and maintain sustainable employment. You'll be responsible for identifying individual employment matches, providing creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, and advocating for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
