Randstad Australia is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer for a full-time position based in the inner southern suburbs of South Australia. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to deliver top-notch customer service via phone, social media, and email.

Key responsibilities include handling direct enquiries, updating orders, and providing administrative support. Experience in retail or import/distribution environments is advantageous, and proficiency in IT and Excel is desired.
