We're seeking an experienced Revenue Officer (Accounts Payable) to support the finance team on a 3-month temporary assignment.

About the role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining compliance with relevant policies and frameworks. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Role Responsibilities
* Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
* Match invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
* Prepare and execute payment runs in line with schedules
* Maintain vendor records and ensure data accuracy in ERP systems
* Monitor payment status and resolve issues proactively
* Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and NDIA pricing arrangements
* Assist with audits and maintain financial documentation
* Identify and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable or invoice processing
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Experience working with ERP systems and payment tools
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Able to manage high volumes and tight deadlines
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running
* Experience in the NDIS or disability sector (advantageous, not essential)
