About Custom Denning
Custom Denning is Australia's only full bus manufacturer, proudly based in St Mary's, Western Sydney. With more than 50 years of manufacturing heritage, we design and build world‐class buses — and we're now at the forefront of Australia's zero‐emission bus (ZEB) revolution. As demand for our ZEB fleet grows, we're looking for a talented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help us tell that story.
About the role
This is a newly created role with real scope and visibility. You'll take ownership of our digital and social presence, produce compelling content about our products and people, and support our sales and business development teams with high‐quality marketing materials.
Responsibilities
* Managing and growing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
* Creating compelling content — copy, photography briefs, short‐form video, graphics — that showcases our manufacturing capability and ZEB products
* Producing marketing material — brochures, sales presentations, event materials
* Maintaining and updating the company website; supporting SEO and digital campaigns
* Assisting with trade shows, industry events and customer visits
* Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and marketing KPIs
Qualifications and Experience
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing, communications or content role
* Strong writing and storytelling skills – you can make technical subjects engaging
* Hands‐on experience managing social media channels for a brand
* Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
* Organised, self‐motivated and comfortable working in a hands‐on environment
* Bonus points for experience in manufacturing, transport or engineering sectors, video production, CMS/web skills, or B2B marketing.

Salary $80 000–$90 000 + super, depending on experience
