We are seeking a talented individual to join our People and Culture Team as a Recruitment Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with customer service or administrative experience who wish to transition into a role that supports the growth and development of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and publishing job advertisements, collating and distributing candidate applications, responding to recruitment queries via phone and email, maintaining accurate records in HR systems, supporting interview panels, and managing employment agreements and compliance checks. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, proven administrative experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable with automated systems and HR software, and possess a commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.
