Job Description
Epworth HealthCare is a University of Melbourne Clinical School. This role is core to the successful delivery of the University of Melbourne Doctor of Medicine (MD) program at Epworth HealthCare an affiliated teaching hospital.
Based in Epworth Richmond, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the day-to-day bespoke timetabling for medical students/doctors based on curriculum needs and clinician availability. You will be part of the Clinical School team (3 Program Coordinators), reporting to the Manager Epworth Clinical School and working closely with the Dean of the Epworth Clinical School.
You will make an impact by:
* Your ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders and craft your communication to meet the overall needs of both the Clinical School and the recipient.
* Having a high attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
* Able to identify and escalates to management potential issues as well as being proactive in their resolution.
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders including clinicians, medical students and affiliated universities.
* Ultimately being able to work autonomously with guidance yet be part of a supportive small team.
