This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for guidingpeoplethrough complex change.This role involves working closely with project / delivery teams and stakeholders to drive effective change activities, ensuring the smooth integration of change initiatives within the organisation
This opportunity will start as a 12-month maximum term position, with a possibility of extension based on project needs, performanceand portfolio requirements.
What will you be doing?
Leading the planning, development, and execution of change initiatives to support program outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
Developing and foster a culture of change management across delivery teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and building maturity in change practices.
Planning, developing, and delivering comprehensive Change Management Strategies and plans.
Creating, documenting, and implementing effective Communications to support change initiatives.
Providingexpert advice on change management delivery approaches, tools, and techniques to support theprograms or operationalinitiatives.
Conducting assessments toidentifyareas for training, communication, and other change interventions tofacilitatereadiness and overcome resistance.
Assessing and addressing employee readiness for upcoming changes,identifyinggapsand developing action plans to close them before strategic initiatives roll out.
Delivering change managementoutputsthat meet project, portfolio, and executive requirements, tracking progress against success metrics.
What are we looking for in you?
Proven experience in leading and implementing change within diverse organisations,across a range ofbusiness requirements.
Experience in changemanagement principles, methodologies, and tools.
Expertise in developing and delivering multi‐channel communications tailored to different audience needs.
Ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments, making decisions and driving initiatives despite ambiguity.
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, works collaboratively to deliver customer‐centred outcomes, and takes a proactive, action‐oriented approach that adapts effectively to changing priorities and operational demands.
