We have a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts team in Mackay.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Parts Department, ensuring operational efficiency, delivering high-quality service, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed annual financial targets, including revenue, gross margin, and expenses
* Manage Parts inventory within budget, ensuring optimal stock levels and reducing slow-moving stock
* Enhance customer experience through efficient and timely parts supply
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, and Productivity
* Lead and develop the Parts team to support individual growth and consistent service delivery
About You
* Qualifications in Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in an industrial environment
* Minimum 3 years' management experience within an industrial or service-based environment
* Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
* Strong capability in interpreting and managing financial performance
* Experience managing customer relationships and developing sales strategies
* Demonstrated experience managing both capital and operational budgets
* Confident presenting to dealers, clients, and management teams
