Solo Resource Recovery is a family‐owned and operated business that provides waste removal and recycling services across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced, part‐time Administration/Customer Service Clerk to join our team at our office in Naval Base, WA.

Key Responsibilities
* Generating and sending accurate invoices to customers
* Reconciling weigh bridge tipping dockets
* Processing supplier invoices, ensuring correct general ledger coding and categorisation
* Monitoring and acting on the administration email inbox
* Responding to customer enquiries received via email or phone in a professional, proactive manner, ensuring all issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved appropriately
* Serving as a point of contact for all internal and external customers, operational teams, and other departments
* Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of required documentation
Qualifications
* Strong administration and computer literacy skills
* Effective time management and ability to multitask efficiently
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
* A problem‐solving mindset
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Previous industrial services or waste industry experience is desirable

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our team with general administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day operation of our Naval Base Depot.
