An Aged Care facility based in Busselton WA is looking for a new Clinical Manager for their team. They are looking for someone who has experience working in a large facility previously. Someone who can offer expertise on nursing care matters while mentoring your team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Essential Criteria
* AHPHRA Registered
* Available full‐time role
* Bachelor of Nursing
* Two years extensive experience in a senior clinical role in aged care
* High knowledge and understanding of clinical standards
* Strong communication skills
* Leadership skills
