Prime location – join us as a District Manager in the North/West Melbourne. You will drive performance and develop high‑performing teams in one of Australia's most dynamic markets.
We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious leader who is driven to deliver strong results, inspire teams, and elevate performance. The position is responsible for leading 6 to 7 restaurants operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth market. The successful candidate will drive strong business results, strengthen team capability, and support the ongoing development of restaurant leaders.
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Highly driven, organised and possess exceptional communication & leadership skills.
* Proven results in a similar multi‑site role.
* Must live within the allocated region.
* A collaborative leader who is strategic, analytical with influencing abilities that span beyond their immediate direct reports.
* Have a current and valid driver's licence with the ability to travel and work flexibly (occasional night and weekend work).
