Senior Project Manager
Lead the successful delivery of multiple civil infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support project teams by managing resources, suppliers, and materials to achieve safety, quality, time, and budget outcomes.
* Foster a high-performing project management culture, delivering comprehensive plans across scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
* Manage complex, high-value programs across road construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, preconstruction, and related business and electrical projects.
* Ensure strong governance and compliance with legislation, standards, policies and procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
* Build effective partnerships with internal specialists and external contractors, leading procurement to secure required expertise.
Mandatory Qualifications and Conditions
* Criminal history screening will be conducted on the recommended person for the role.
* Applicants must possess a current, valid Queensland \"C\" class driver's licence or equivalent.

* A reasonable amount of travel consistent with industry standards will be required throughout the operational unit and/or the State. You will be entitled to allowances for such travel.
Desirable Qualifications and Conditions
* A Diploma in Project Management.
* Previous studies or experience in an engineering field.
* Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in the civil industry.
