We specialise in tailor-made adventures across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and beyond - basically, we make the impossible look easy and the boring look extinct.
The Role:
As an Inbound Travel Sales Specialist, you're the first point of contact for backpackers and travellers who want "the best trip ever" but have zero clue where to start. You'll chat, plan, recommend, upsell, calm chaos, create bucket-list itineraries, and have fun doing it.
This isn't a "sit quietly and pretend you enjoy spreadsheets" job. This is fast-paced, energetic, and ideal for anyone who thrives on making things happen.

Our Ideal Candidate:
* Travel experience: You've smashed the East Coast, survived a long-haul campervan trip with mates, or thrown yourself into the unknown.
* Sales skills: Comfortable chatting on phone, email and WhatsApp - you thrive on the thrill of connection.
* Organised chaos king or queen: Fast typer, quick thinker, and able to juggle ten conversations without combusting.
* Bonus points: Speak French, German, Dutch - flex on us with your multilingual skills.
* Creative edge: Maybe you're a blogger, photographer, content fiend, or just know your way around a cheeky reel.
Requirements:
* A valid working visa with a minimum of 6 months left
* Minimum 6-month commitment
* Motivated, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fun but fast-paced sales environment.
The Important Bits:
* Location: Byron Bay - sun, surf, travellers, vibes.
* Hours: 38 per week - Flexible
* Training: Fully paid - we'll turn you into a weapon.
* Pay: $33–$46 per hour plus a weekly bonus scheme which can take you well into 6 figures per year.
* Socials: Monthly events plus a Christmas party that you'll still be talking about in April.
