Michael Page has been engaged to assist a Technology services company to recruit for a Commercial Manager to join the growing team. The organisation has a global presence looking to bolster their commercial function. The role will commence ASAP as a contractor for an initial 6 months with a potential to be extended to something longer term. Client Details Our client is a Technology services provider with a strong customer base across the utilities sector. Description Reporting to the GM, this hands-on and widely scoped role will involve but not be limited to: Analyse and negotiate pricing and contract terms Manage financial forecasting and risk analysis. Develop and implement strategic commercial plans. Business partner with sales & marketing Drive budgets and forecasts Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements & liaise directly with clients Formulation of contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Review market trends and competitor activity Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Profile A successful Commercial Manager should have: A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field. Exposure to a similar field / role Experience within services/energy ideal Immediate availability Strong stakeholder management skills Strong financial forecasting and strategic planning abilities. Superior negotiation skills A solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
