We are seeking a Full-time SIL House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our SIL house in Queensland.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring individualized support plans are followed, supervising a team of support workers, and liaising with relevant government agencies and healthcare providers.
To be successful in this role, you will require experience working in community services, current First Aid & CPR certification, and knowledge of NDIS principles.
