Job Title: Corporate Support Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Officer to provide exceptional corporate support to senior managers and support staff.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely, high-quality advice, support, and training on human resource management, information management, technology, asset management, financial management, purchasing, and general administration.
* Support the management of human, physical, and financial resources, including budget forecasting and expenditure reconciliation, and accommodation and assets management.
* Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative systems, including records management.
* Offer guidance to staff on administrative and operational issues, as well as preparing confidential briefs, memos, submissions, and executive correspondence.
* Analyze and prepare reports, general correspondence, briefing notes, memoranda, and human resource papers to departmental standards.
* Contribute to the delivery and coordination of business management functions and projects as required.
* Maintain networks with other departments for effective integration, coordination, and liaison.
* You will possess substantial knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word and Excel, and familiarity with SAP/Aurion and SAS (human resource and finance modules).
