Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of the performance management framework and annual cycle
* Manage remuneration benchmarking, market data and salary structures
* Support Executive Reward and board-level governance processes
* Deliver the annual remuneration review end-to-end
* Provide performance and reward advice to Executives, Leaders and P&C Business Partners and Talent team.
* Maintain job architecture and ensure remuneration governance
* Support employee benefits programs and continuous improvement initiatives
* Drive data‐led insights to inform performance and reward decisions
Qualifications
* Strong experience in performance management and/or reward
* Expertise in remuneration benchmarking and salary frameworks
* Experience delivering annual performance and remuneration cycles
* Strong analytical capability and experience working with large datasets
* Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g. Korn Ferry / Hay)
* Experience advising stakeholders on complex performance and reward matters
* High attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
