We are looking for an organised and personable Medical Administrator to join our Osborne Park clinic. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients, keeping the clinic running smoothly through strong administrative support and warm, professional service.

What We're Looking For? Experience & Skills:
* Previous customer service experience (administrative or hospitality background).
* Great communication skills – friendly, clear and professional.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* Comfortable answering phone calls and using office software (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel).
* Medical knowledge is not essential – just a willingness to learn and grow.
* Adaptable, calm under pressure and patient – it can be busy at times.
* Full Australian working rights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
* Schedule client appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
* Verify booking information and payment details accurately.
* Answer phone calls, address enquiries and forward them to the appropriate staff when needed.
* Prepare all documents prior to clients arrival.
* Process and record payments.
* Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth client flow.
* Provide support in conducting basic vital sign assessments and screenings for pre‐employment clients.
* Conduct Drug and Alcohol testing (Training provided).
* Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
* Assist with sales and marketing of Occupational Healthcare Services.
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
