THE POSITION
* Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
* Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
* Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
* Stock control and rotation following site protocols
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
THE PERSON
* Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
* Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
* Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
* Holding or looking to obtain a certificate in commercial cookery
* Must be willing to provide a criminal history check if selected
