Senior & Physiotherapist Roles | Perth (Multiple Positions) Full-Time | Part-Time | Weekend | Contractor Options Are you a physiotherapist who wants more than just a full diary and repetitive treatments? Locations Osborne Park | Wembley (Primary roles) Opportunities also available in Ellenbrook & Maddington Current Opportunities 1. Senior Physiotherapist (FT/PT) Lead and manage your own caseload Mentor junior clinicians and contribute to team development Opportunity to step into leadership and future equity/profit-share pathways 2. Physiotherapist (FT/PT) Manage a varied MSK caseload Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team Structured support development pathway Part-Time Physiotherapist (~20 hrs/week) 3. Casual / Weekend Physiotherapist $55/hour 4–5 hour shifts Remuneration 1. Senior Physiotherapist $90,000 – $130,000 salary OR ~50% commission model bonuses Additional: profit share / equity opportunities (performance-based) 2. Physiotherapist $70,000 – $100,000 (FT equivalent) OR Commission/contractor model incentives Extras Relocation support available for interstate candidates What You’ll Be Treating Musculoskeletal conditions Sports injuries Post-operative rehab WorkCover & motor vehicle injuries Women’s health (if interested) What Makes This Role Different Real multidisciplinary environment Work closely with physios, chiros, EPs, massage therapists & nutritionists Strong referral network Clinics co-located with GP practices Established growing caseloads You won’t be starting from zero Career progression (not just a job) Leadership pathways, mentoring roles, and potential business equity Requirements The Senior candidates should demonstrate the following requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration High levels of work ethic and organisational skills. High levels of self-management and organisational skills. Ability to perform effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Clinical Pilates Certification. (Desirable) Dry Needling Qualifications. (Desirable) The Junior Physiotherapist should demonstrate the following requirements: • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration. Willingness to learn and passion for evidence based physiotherapy Commitment to continuing professional development. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families and administration. Ability to perform effectively and cross-collaborate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Dry Needling Qualifications. (Desirable)
