About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting adult hearing services for clients.
* Performing diagnostic hearing assessments and where appropriate.
* Developing and implementing individualized aural rehabilitation programs including discussion of communication tactics and strategies, prescription, fitting and evaluation of hearing devices to our clients.
About You
* Customer focused & self-motivated professional
* A tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry
* Full membership of an approved Australian Audiological Association, and a QP and OHS Qualified Practitioner number
* Passion for career development, learning and training
* Thrive working in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills and be a self-motivated \"People Champion\"
* Ability to build strong relationships with different clients without compromising quality on customer service.
* Confident withAdult hearing rehabilitation including fitting of hearing devices and other ALDs
* We have a large store opening schedule but also offer interstate candidates relocation assistance.
