We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Swim Coach to join our team. As a Swim Coach, you will play a vital role in teaching children the valuable skill of swimming and creating memorable experiences for them.
Our swim program is designed to cater to children of all ages and skill levels, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to learn and grow.
As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes, developing lesson plans, and mentoring other coaches. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to the overall success of the program.
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
* Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain
