In this role, you will carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across Council facilities and infrastructure. You will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable services to the community.This role will work effectively, independently or as part of maintenance crew in a safe and efficient manner to deliver a prompt and reliable service to the community.Key responsibilities include ensuring labour, equipment and material resources are available to carry out the service request/job. You’re confident working independently or as part of a team and take pride in delivering high-quality work that benefits the community.Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician)Class C Drivers LicenceConstruction Induction Card (White Card)Demonstrated experience working independently and working within a maintenance crewExperience in providing qualified trade maintenance services and a demonstrated ability to be accountable for agreed work methods, standard and outcomesExperience in the operation and maintenance of plant and/or various equipment common to cleansing, parks, civil construction and/or trades maintenanceUnderstanding of and commitment to WHS practices and EEO principlesDemonstrated commitment to customer serviceAppropriate written and oral communication skillsIf you have made a positive commitment to further your career and you possess the attributes located in the Position Description essential criteria, then please submit your application today.
