About Your New Role / Key Responsibilities
* Pay rate of $99.68 per hour ordinary time
* OT pay rate after first 36 hours
* Rotating 7 day on/off roster
* Night shift roster: 6:00pm - 6:00am
* Provide electrical support to insulation production operations
* Troubleshoot machinery and operational issues
* Support production teams during operational breakdowns
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams
* Work effectively within a small maintenance team
* Ability to work independently when required
* Perform maintenance, fault finding and repair work on industrial equipment and machinery
Qualifications And Experience
* Current Australian Electrical Licence
* Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
* Experience working with production machinery and plant equipment
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable and punctualCommitment to workplace safety
Attractive night rate of $99.68 per hour ordinary time plus overtime rate after the first 36 hours. Working for an established trades materials manufacturer located in Dandenong South, VIC.
