We're partnering with a well‐established, operationally focused organisation to appoint a Senior P&C Business Partner into a truly impactful role.
This position offers the opportunity to step into a standalone business partnering role, supporting a key operational division and building strong relationships across a blue‐collar, unionised workforce.
The Opportunity
This is a role where you'll genuinely own your space, working closely with leaders on‐site and influencing how people and culture outcomes are delivered day‐to‐day.
You'll be responsible for:
* Partnering with leaders to drive performance, engagement, and team capability
* Providing hands‐on IR/ER support, including working across multiple EBAs
* Coaching leaders through people challenges, investigations, and performance matters
* Supporting workforce planning, succession, and development initiatives
* Playing a key role in change and continuous improvement projects
About You
* Experience in a true HR / People & Culture business partnering role
* Comfortable operating in a standalone capacity, with autonomy and accountability
* Strong IR/ER capability, ideally within unionised or industrial environments
* Confident building relationships with operational and frontline leaders
* Practical, resilient, and approachable in your style
