An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering professional and efficient administrative support tasks and reception services to the Director and internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
* Deliver professional and efficient administrative support tasks and reception services to the Director and internal and external clients.
* Produce accurate data, reports and information.
* Complete a variety of administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
* Work collaboratively with staff and management.
* Maintain a consistently professional, welcoming reception for all visitors.
* Provide a high level of customer service.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Motivated individual with a willingness to learn in a fast paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and an ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* Bright, friendly individual who can easily engage with people from all kinds of backgrounds.
* A pleasant disposition and the ability to build strong relationships.
* Proficient in MS Office – Word, Outlook and Excel.
* Able to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Enthusiastic.
* Team focused.
* Working knowledge of SPIKE Childcare Management System desirable.
Location
This role is based at our Torrensville Community Childcare Centre.
