Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team at ALDI. This role involves ensuring our stores receive the correct products in a timely and safe manner, with a focus on voice picking, receiving goods, and operating warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
* Work the 2pm shift.
* Use voice picking systems to locate and pick products.
* Receive goods from suppliers, pick products, and prepare them for shipment to stores.
* Verify that the correct products are sent to the correct stores.
* Safely operate equipment to move, stack, and organise products in the warehouse.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
* Experience as a voice picker or willingness to learn.
* Availability to start at 2pm, including weekends.
* Self‐starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail, with an eye for accuracy.
* Strong communication skills.
* Adaptability and positive attitude toward change.
