We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead end‐to‐end supply chain operations across inbound, fulfillment, freight, and store delivery. This critical role ensures operational excellence, meets key performance metrics, and builds strong partnerships across internal teams, 3PL providers, and external carriers.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound Operations
o Oversee inbound operations across 3PL partners, including Toll and DSL.
o Ensure inbound KPIs are consistently achieved, investigating and resolving exceptions.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate inbound forecasts and manage volume flow.
o Monitor performance and drive accountability with both internal teams and external partners.
* Fulfillment Operations
o Manage daily fulfillment execution across 3PL providers.
o Ensure outbound KPIs are met, including service levels, order accuracy, and dispatch timelines.
o Maintain system integrity through regular ERP and WMS data management.
o Coordinate wholesale customer requirements and value‐added services (VAS).
o Act as the escalation point for operational issues impacting outbound flow.
o Partner with stakeholders to develop accurate fulfillment forecasts.
* Outbound Freight Management
o Manage relationships with transport providers and carrier networks.
o Oversee delivery performance metrics including DOT and DIFOT.
o Drive cost and service optimisation through contract management and RFP processes.
* Additional Responsibilities
o Coordinate fulfillment and delivery for new store openings.
o Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
o Build and maintain strong cross‐functional and external relationships.
o Provide regular reporting, insights, and operational planning to the wider business.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
* Demonstrated success managing 3PL providers and carrier networks.
* Strong forecasting, reporting, and KPI management capability.
* Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills.
* High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment.
* Experience with ERP and WMS systems, preferably AP21.
