Located in the heart of the Shoalhaven, Sikorsky Australia are seeking a self-motivated, team player to support our aircraft Maintenance team. As a Technical administrator, you will be responsible for performing hands on maintenance support tasks related to the Sikorsky Romeo helicopters.

This is an amazing entry level chance for an energetic motivated person looking to kick start their career in Aviation, as you will be trained in all aspects of basic maintenance support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Typical day to day responsibilities include the following and more:

- Monitor Hazardous chemicals & ensure labels are visible and up to date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available.
- Ensure Haz Chem bulk storage segregation requirements are met
- Remove expired or chemical wastage safely for disposal
- Assist and coordinate the re-stocking, purchasing and redistribution of consumables
- Conduct toolbox audits ensuring tools are not damaged and accounted for
- Conduct test and tagging on electrical assets and Maintain records including test results, tags issued, and maintenance actions required
- Coordinate contractors on site and escort where required

About you:

To be successful in your application we are seeking a team player with a positive, can-do attitude, and a desire for hands on learning who thrives in a changing fast paced environment.
Basic computer skills are required for your success as well as the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

Special Requirements:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
