**The Position**
An exciting 3 month contract Talent Acquisition Specialist position, reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will require an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working part of a team. You will be flexible, with a long-term focus and proactive outlook towards the recruitment process, as this position will involve the full remit of internal recruitment services for corporate and and operational positions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- End-to-end recruitment activities to support a national portfolio across the businesses operations focusing on transactional, operational and salaried roles for portfolios such as professional, logistics, supply chain, retail operations, and IT positions;
- Partner with the current Talent Manager to provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders to driver strategic and transformational change throughout the business;
- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing and creation of talent pipelines including employment requisitions, position descriptions and job advertisements;
- Communicate appointments with relevant stakeholders to ensure a positive on-boarding experience has occurred and been delivered.
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an internal recruitment or agency recruitment role
- Ability to multi-task and work at a high volume and fast pace, you are well-versed in all strategic and operational components of internal recruitment and used to working to tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in conjunction with logical and systematic problem-solving skills.
