Responsibilities
* Set up new domestic and commercial accounts
* Report all opposition activities, market trends, product developments, and price differences to Customer Service Manager
* Manage allocated aspects of debtor control for customers; adhere to all company statutory regulations relating to LP Gas
* Perform duties such as stock transfers, inventory stock-takes, account reconciliation, mailing, and banking when required
* Responsible for all administrative aspects including full reconciliation, stock level records and end of month completion on a daily basis
* Process all deliveries received from allocated list of drivers, including mail-outs, data check/update, invoices & HS Screen
Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrate technical competence, apply knowledge and experience, understand and support cross‐functional relationships, and make objective, fact‐based decisions
* Recognize process improvement opportunities
* Understand local strategies and working practices, respect diversity, work effectively in a team, and deliver customer‐focused solutions
* Proficient in handling a wide range of phone queries
* Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
* Previous retail or customer service experience highly regarded
