The Role
Peninsula Grammar School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our Mathematics department. We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics education to our students.
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) maximum term leave coverage position, commencing at the start of Term 4 for the remainder of the 2026 academic year with the potential for the role to extend into 2027.
* Teach Maths across Years 7–10
* Assess students and create tailored learning plans; use ongoing assessments to support learning
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons; contribute to curriculum and resource development
* Track progress, give feedback, and provide extra support; submit reports on time
* Create an inclusive, supportive classroom; set high expectations for participation
* Improve teaching methods using feedback and data; engage in professional development and teamwork

Desired Skills and Experience
All positions at Peninsula Grammar require:
* Current VIT
* First-Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
* Child Safety training (Mandatory Reporting Certificate)
