As the Junior Searcher & Sourcer, you'll play a key part in supporting the senior advisory team by identifying, evaluating, and presenting quality property opportunities tailored to client briefs.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source, evaluate, and shortlist properties based on client requirements
Conduct research and market analysis across listings, sales data, and suburb performance
Build and nurture relationships with selling agents to uncover off-market opportunities
Prepare detailed property summaries and reports for internal and client presentations
Collaborate closely with senior team members to deliver outstanding client results
Key Requirements
Valid Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and analytical research skills
High level of initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude
