About the role
We are currently recruiting for a large Queensland Government Department, who are seeking an Experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director - Business Support.
Your duties will include:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Director including calendar management and correspondence coordination.
* Organise meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and supporting documents.
* Maintain effective administrative systems across HR, finance, assets, and performance reporting.
* Undertake business services projects as directed.
* Coordinate corporate reporting including briefing notes, submissions, and business planning.
* Support service delivery and program outcomes through efficient work management processes.
* Prepare and maintain reports and contribute to improved service delivery.
About You
* Intermediate - advanced experience in MS Office Suite, including Excel
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Executive Support Officer
* A strong administration background
* SharePoint knowledge (highly desirable)
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
* Previous government experience is highly desirable
