Description
The Senior National Account Manager is responsible for:
* Developing and implementing strategic account plans within the grocery channel to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Identify growth opportunities and drive new business development initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
* Monitor and analyse market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and deliver JBP, range reviews and proposals to key accounts.
* Provide regular reporting on account performance and sales activities.
Profile
A successful Senior National Account Manager should have:
* Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry dealing with Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Costco and IGA
* Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
* A proactive and results‑driven approach to achieving targets.
* Familiarity with market trends and industry developments.
