We are seeking motivated Exploration Manager to become part of our Maldon Gold Project.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Maldon Gold Project you will be accountable for all facets of our exploration programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead short-term and long-term exploration strategies focused on Orogenic gold deposits.
Manage drilling programs from conception to completion, including budget/forecasts, schedules, resource allocation, and contractor performance.
Oversee comprehensive exploration program design, including mapping, sampling, drilling, and feasibility-level investigations.
Direct the collection, logging, and rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) processes for all geological data.
Oversee the development of geological models, ensuring the seamless integration of all relevant data sources (geological, geochemical, geophysical) to support comprehensive interpretations and targeting.
Accountable for the collation and analysis of historical information and data pertaining to our and nearby leases.
Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Understand and navigate statutory approvals, heritage requirements, and stakeholder requirements when working on granted mining and exploration leases.
Provide leadership in safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence, fostering a strong safety culture within the team.

About you
Extensive experience working with Orogenic gold deposits.
A tertiary qualification in Geoscience or a related discipline.
Proven project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
Strong technical skills in geological mapping, core logging, data management, and geological modelling software.
Demonstrated experience with QAQC protocols and data integrity management.
Strong knowledge of Australian mining safety, environmental, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
A strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
