We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Professional. In this role, you will have the opportunity to empower people with complex needs to live life on their terms.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care with dignity and respect. This will involve safely performing manual handling tasks, supporting daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III or above in Disability Support is preferred, but not required.
* An unrestricted full driver's license is necessary for this role.
* The ability to obtain required checks and clearances is also essential.
Working with Us:
* You will work 1:1 with participants in community settings, providing support and guidance as needed.
* You will use your own vehicle for transportation, with reimbursement provided.
* Varying shifts, including short and long shifts during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, will be expected.
