What You'll Do

As Customer Service Manager, you'll be the powerhouse behind member experience. You'll:

* Lead and train the Reception team to deliver outstanding service and smash customer KPIs.

* Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries while driving company targets.

* Own rostering and scheduling to ensure peak service at all times.

* Handle calls, resolve queries, process memberships, sales, and bookings with ease.

* Keep the reception, café, and retail areas spotless, stocked, and welcoming.
