* Hourly rate range: $67.24 – $76.36/hr (AUD, depending on experience)
* Deliver mental health assessment, counselling and care coordination that improves wellbeing outcomes for people with ADF service and their families.
* 40 hours/week, structured case reviews + operational supervision, funded clinical supervision and ongoing CPD.
Responsibilities
* Provide trauma‐informed, client‐centred counselling (individual, couple and family), including risk assessment and intervention.
* Complete intake/assessment, formulation and evidence‐based treatment planning.
* Maintain confidential client files, progress notes, care plans and risk documentation in the client management system.
* Coordinate care with external providers, family members (with consent) and key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
* Eligible registration: AHPRA (Psych/OT/RN) or AASW or PACFA/ACA (Masters‐level counselling; ACA Level 3/4).
* Demonstrated experience with complex presentations, risk assessment and brief intervention.
* Strong written documentation skills (clinical notes, care plans, escalation pathways) and confident IT capability.
* Ability to obtain/hold WWCC or Working with Vulnerable People registration/check (as required).
* Must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible.
