* You will work closely with customers in their local area.

About You
* You have good interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills.
* You are able to build rapport and maintain good working relationships.
* You are comfortable using technology for accessing rosters and recording customer notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* Current First Aid certificate/CPR.
* Current Australian Drivers License.
* A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
* A smartphone with internet access.
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferable).
