You'll have access to cutting-edge imaging technology, be involved in groundbreaking clinical trials, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient-centred care in a collaborative, collegiate environment.Working alongside a capable and professional team, you will be supported by Senior Technologists to ensure your ongoing learning and development, making this an ideal role for someone who is passionate about clinical excellence and continuous professional growth.About the RoleReporting to the MMI Business Manager, you will perform all aspects of Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Theranostic and BMD imaging. Key responsibilities include:Providing Nuclear Medicine, PET, Diagnostic CT and BMD imaging services on the following systems: GE Omni Legend PET/CT, GE Discovery 670 SPECT/CT, GE Hawkeye, and Medilink MedixDR BMDPerforming imaging services across a wide range of patient presentations including outpatient, inpatient and researchParticipating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on Phase I–IV Theranostic TrialsAssisting in the set-up of procedures, administration of therapy doses and administration of drugs during Nuclear Medicine and Theranostic proceduresProviding formal and informal training, supervision and coaching to undergraduate Nuclear Medicine Technologists, other health professionals and the public as requiredComplying with standards for radiation protection (ALARA) and licensing (EPA), where applicableConducting any other reasonable duties as directed by the appropriate delegateAbout UsMacquarie University Health is a trailblazer in healthcare, education and research.
