The Role:
- Manage your own tailored portfolio, aligned with your experience
- Sending out notices to tenants
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required
- Managing rental arrears
- Leasing & Junior & Accounts for support
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in managing a rental portfolio (perfect opportunity to step up!)
- Motivated, innovative, and driven to succeed
- Skilled in conflict resolution, with strong experience handling NCAT and tribunal matters
- Holds a current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate License preferred)
