Trainee Business Manager (Finance and Insurance Sales)
Sci‐Fleet Motors is a family‐owned business servicing South East Queensland for over 40 years and operating multiple Toyota, Lexus and Hino dealerships. We are looking for an energetic and passionate person to join our Finance and Insurance team at Taringa, New Cars.
Responsibilities
* Present finance and insurance products to guests.
* Prepare and submit financial applications to lenders to achieve swift positive guest outcomes.
* Build a strong portfolio through wide dealership exposure.
* Oversee the financial aspect of the sales process within the dealership.
Qualifications
* A keen attitude and eagerness to learn and develop your skillset.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills.
* Clear credit file and police record.
* A guest‐centric attitude focused on delivering the ultimate guest experience.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
* Current valid Queensland driver's licence.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
