We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join a fast-paced distribution environment in Townsville. This is an ongoing opportunity offering stable, full-time hours on a consistent day shift roster, Monday to Friday.
This role is ideal for an experienced pick packer who thrives in a high-volume environment and is looking for long-term work with a reputable operation.
Responsibilities
* Pick and pack beverage cartons using a voice-picking system
* Accurately stack products onto pallets in a safe and secure manner
* Transport completed pallets to wrapping stations
* Operate pallet wrapping equipment and prepare orders for dispatch
* Stage wrapped pallets into designated areas
* Operate electric pallet jacks (EPJ)
* Assist with forklift operations where required (if licensed)
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Comply with all site safety procedures and operational guidelines
Your Profile
* Previous warehouse experience is essential
* Demonstrated pick packing experience
* Experience using voice-picking systems (highly regarded)
* Familiarity with warehouse machinery or electric pallet jacks
* Valid LF Forklift Licence (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
* Must have Full work rights in Australia (citizen/PR)
